OVEREXERTION

SYNONYMOUS WITH THE PAIN OF OVERCOMING INNER RESISTANCE

Actually, an even more euphemistic description of the effort to overcome certain inner resistances in the form of the frozen black dog with black or white fur.

Or to put it another way, but unfortunately the same in terms of content: It's like a millstone that you have to drag over the edge. With every attempt, this millstone feels heavier and heavier, with every attempt it hurts more and more, everywhere. You can't and shouldn't let go.

There is no alternative to this task, otherwise you will be stuck in this constantly painful position for the rest of your life, unable to move away and continue to develop, constantly in fear that you will be pulled further and further into the abyss, bit by bit.

OVERCOME YOURSELF! Accept the pain until the millstone lies safely at your feet! The reward is a lessening of the pain until it is merely a memory. Surely you know how beautiful this feeling can be.
