SYNONYMOUS WITH AN OBVIOUS SOLUTION, YET UNATTAINABLE

The problem is often clear to see, as is the solution and the way to get there. But you feel you are losing your grip as you try to get rid of the problem. It is impossible to persevere, then at some point your strength dwindles and you are pulled into the abyss. Reach for the solution? Even then you lose your grip. Tricky! A feeling of being torn apart and not understanding the hopeless situation and your own inability to act.

I have been in situations like this. There are incredible forces deep inside, good and bad, but they work in opposite directions. The extent of these forces: only those who have lived through them themselves will understand!

But I managed it! I was always driven by one guiding principle: Never again as before! Never go back! My toughness in dealing with myself has often damaged me in life. Today, it is a guarantee that I will always push myself to overcome and ultimately stay where I am today. 

The solution: So close and simple, yet unattainable!
